Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver any traffic within 72 hours of your payment confirmation
  • Significant Under-Delivery: If we deliver less than 50% of the promised traffic volume
  • Technical Issues: If continuous technical problems prevent proper service delivery for more than 48 hours
  • Billing Errors: In case of duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for new customers. For recurring subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 3 days of the billing date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Traffic delivered meets the ordered specifications but doesn't generate expected AdSense revenue
  • Change of mind after traffic delivery has commenced
  • Website suspension by Google AdSense or other advertising networks
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Partial delivery of services (unless under 50% as mentioned above)

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not qualify for refunds of already paid periods unless under the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
